| All resources needed for the execution of the Services Run have attended the necessary formal training and proof that through certificates as applicable. Training certificates can come from both within the Capgemini organisation (for instance the University, the Academy or out of MyLearning) and from external educational institutions (for instance MicroSoft, APMG, EXIN). |
